BCERT has become an even more important player in the overall public safety arena in our community.

Gary Rhodus, Chairman of the Big Canoe Emergency Response Team (BCERT) announced today the organization’s plan to merge with the Big Canoe Volunteer Fire Department. Gary said that the BCERT Steering Committee, after careful consideration, decided that the merger makes sense because of the close relationship between the functions of BCERT and the volunteer fire department.

Jack and Anne Gayer visit Big Canoe Print E-mail

gayer_090909_thJack and Anne Gayer came back to Big Canoe today (9/9/09). After a short tour and look at some of the fire equipment additions and modifications to older equipment we adjourned to the club for a nice lunch.
