Chairman - The Chairman, elected annually, will provide the primary leadership for BCERT and leads the Steering Committee.

Vice-Chairman - The Vice Chairperson, elected annually, assumes the duty of the Chairperson in his/her absence.

Secretary - The Secretary, elected annually, will notify membership, as necessary, and record minutes of Steering Committee and General meetings.

Treasurer - The Treasurer, elected annually, will receive, maintain, and disburse funds at the direction of the Steering Committee.
